Feasibility Studies & Consulting
Before we begin site planning, we perform due diligence.
- Our feasibility research determines what can be built on your site.
- Our comprehensive environmental analysis evaluates all issues that may affect construction, such as endangered species, wetlands and flooding patterns.
- We research all archived documents and previous permits.
- We deliver conceptual plans that show you what can be built.
Design
Once we complete due diligence, we work closely with you to fully understand your vision. We ask a lot of questions and invest the time needed to capture your ideas on paper. Our goal is to deliver a plan that exceeds your expectations and qualifies for effortless approval by the permitting agencies.
During planning, we also ask a lot of questions. We don’t want to waste your time with a plan that can’t get approved. Permitting requires intimate knowledge of ever-changing laws and guidelines from a myriad of governmental agencies. It’s a complex process since many of them have conflicting regulations and interpret the laws differently. We address every detail they require for smooth approval.
Permitting
Once your site plan is complete, we walk it through every stage of the complex, ever-changing permitting process. Because we took time during planning to meet each agency’s specifications, less than one percent of our plans require more than aesthetic alterations before they’re approved. We’re proud of our track record, our reputation for excellence with the permitting agencies and the time we save our clients.
Project Management & Quality Control
You’re ready for construction now that you have an approved site plan. Solid Rock’s turnkey services make this process efficient and cost-effective. We collect and evaluate bids from contractors and other professionals. We hire the most appropriate companies and supervise them through completion of the project. Because we’re intimately familiar with your vision, the site plan and government regulations, we ensure project completion to your exacting specifications.
Changes are common during construction of complex projects. Contractors will often request changes to save time or costs. With our team accessible on-site, we can revise the plan in real time and determine if the changes require revised permits, thus helping you avoid costly delays and permitting issues.
Certificate of Completion
Once construction is complete, we collect all required documentation that demonstrate it was constructed according to approved plans. We prepare and submit the packages needed to receive final approval and authorization to occupy and use the property.
